2024 Hall of Heroes Inductees

Congratulations to the 2024 Hall of Heroes Inductees and their families! We appreciate your willingness to serve, defend, and support our nation.
The three veterans inducted into the Madison County Military Heritage Commission’s Hall of Heroes are:
- Marine Corps Lt. Col. Grayson Story
- Army Lt. Col. Malcolm Otis
- Army CSM Robert “Spider” Parks

2023 Hall of Heroes Inductees

Inductees for the 2023 Hall of Heroes:
- Col. (retired) Roy Adams, who served in Vietnam and Operation Desert Storm and received a Bronze Star Medal with “V”
- James Andrews, a former Marine who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom and received the Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal with “V”
- Col. (retired) William Johnson, who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom and received an Army Commendation Medal with “V”
- Ronald Wright, who served in Vietnam as an Army medic and was the recipient of a Distinguished Service Cross and Purple Heart
